We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our client partner. This role serves as the domestic thought leader for creator marketing, owning the local application of globally defined creator and media strategies and leading agency partners responsible for day-to-day execution. The Manager ensures best-in-class, media-led creator campaigns are delivered consistently across the US market, from briefing through measurement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the US owner and subject-matter expert for creator marketing, serving as the go-to thought leader for creator strategy, trends, and best practices within the US market.
- Lead and oversee creator and media agency partners, setting clear direction, briefs, and performance expectations while agencies execute day-to-day campaign activation.
- Localize and implement global creator marketing strategies and frameworks for the US market, ensuring alignment with global priorities and domestic market relevance.
- Oversee end-to-end creator campaigns across social platforms, with a strong emphasis on media-led activations, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance.
- Partner closely with media teams and agencies to guide planning, optimization, and measurement in line with global models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Brand, Media, Legal, Regional Marketing) to ensure creator activations deliver against defined business and marketing objectives.
- Support relationships with key licensors, ensuring alignment between global brand strategy and local creator execution.
- Provide strategic guidance on creator and talent selection in partnership with agencies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Ensure all creator content and integrations align with brand guidelines and comply with legal, regulatory, and disclosure requirements (including FTC guidelines).
- Review and interpret campaign performance reporting, providing strategic insights, optimization direction, and recommendations to agency and internal partners.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships within the US creator ecosystem, including agencies, platforms, and talent partners.
- Act as a feedback loop to global teams, sharing market-level insights, opportunities, and executional learnings.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 6–8 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing with a focus on digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, social platforms, and paid media-led creator activation models.
- Proven experience leading and overseeing agency partners responsible for campaign execution.
- Experience managing creator programs across multiple brands or audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess performance and guide optimization.
- Excellent communication, briefing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Existing relationships with creator, media, or social agencies in the US market.
- Understanding of US regulations, including COPPA and FTC advertising and disclosure standards.
- Experience using creator and influencer SaaS platforms such as Captiv8, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.
- Experience in kids, family, or other regulated categories is a plus.
