Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support the development, execution, and tracking of communications initiatives across multiple business teams. This is an
exceptional foot-in-the-door opportunity for a junior professional or recent graduate looking to gain enterprise-level experience. In this role, you will help build, manage, and organize scalable workflows while learning to coordinate communications related to corporate growth, human resources, safety, and information technology.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong baseline in writing and project organization, paired with an enthusiasm for modern technology. A key component of this role involves utilizing Generative AI and Large

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Coordination: Organize the production and distribution of communications touching on diverse topics, including economic growth, employee benefits, performance management, corporate safety protocols, and IT security guidelines.
  • AI Workflow Integration: Leverage modern generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude) to
    support the drafting, editing, summarizing, and structural refinement of communication materials while
    preserving company standards.
  • Project Tracking & Management: Utilize enterprise tools including Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Planner to manage tasks, open and close project tickets, monitor active deadlines, and adjust timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver regular project tracking updates to internal teams and cross-
    functional stakeholders to keep communications moving smoothly.

Quality & Editorial Standards: Ensure all drafted content adheres strictly to the Associated Press (AP) Style Guide, project specifications, and brand guidelines.

Role Allocation Breakdown
Expected Daily Focus:
  • 40% – Growth & economic initiative communications coordination and messaging support.
  • 40% – Human Resources, IT, and Safety communications tracking and messaging support.
20% – Project tracking, workflow optimization, and AI-assisted content processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience (or strong internship history) in marketing, communications, or administrative project coordination.
  • Hands-on experience or academic familiarity with project tracking software, CRM, or workflow management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Workfront, HubSpot, Trello, or Asana).
  • Familiarity with or active interest in using Generative AI tools / Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize personal and team writing workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and compliance with structural writing guidelines (AP Style).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to comfortably manage multiple overlapping task timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a closely related field.
  • Previous experience working within a structured corporate environment or supporting cross-functional
    teams.
  • Basic knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for professional writing and content scaling.
