Primary Accountabilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for insurance agents/producers, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, prospecting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-performing, licensed (or license-pending) agents through channels such as referrals, industry networks, social media, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive insurance talent, including experienced producers, career changers, and emerging talent.
- Partner closely with agency leadership and sales leaders to align recruiting strategies with growth goals, production targets, and market expansion plans.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the lifecycle, including consultative conversations around compensation structures, commissions, book of business transitions, and career growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with onboarding and licensing teams to ensure smooth transitions, including background checks, licensing processes, and early-stage productivity success.
- Establish relationships with industry associations, licensing schools, networking groups, and community organizations to strengthen ongoing agent recruiting efforts.
- Represent the organization as an employer of choice within the insurance and financial services talent market.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within insurance, financial services, or sales-driven environments.
- Proven success sourcing and hiring commission-based or producer roles, including engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to build trust and influence candidates through consultative, relationship-driven recruiting approaches.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience partnering with field leaders, agency owners, and senior stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring and growth targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring leader experience.
