Overview:

Seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of Software Engineers developing software, firmware, and embedded technology solutions. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative connected products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
Drive software, firmware, and embedded systems development initiatives.
Partner with Product, UX/UI, QA, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development plans.
Establish and improve development processes, coding standards, and best practices.
Remove project roadblocks, manage risks, and support successful product launches.
Coordinate development efforts across global teams.
Support production issues, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1-5 years of engineering leadership or management experience.
5+ years of software development experience with C++, C#, or Java.
Experience with Python or JavaScript and UI application development.
Knowledge of embedded systems, MCU, and ARM-based platforms.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and technical documentation.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex technical projects.

Experience building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
